http://www.ntv.co.ke Rabbit farming, which has long been considered a trade for young souls in the central region is fast catching on in the area as more adults turn to the small mammals mainly for their profit. Samuel Ng'anga who has heartily embraced the new occupation says he sells each mature rabbit for at least one thousand five hundred shillings. Nganga who is also the region's breeders association chairman is now extolling other regions to join rabbit farming as the occupation is easy to practice and doesn't require as much land as other forms of animal husbandry.
